The recruiting process for a High School Student-Athlete (SA) is more complex and competitive than ever.  Many don't know where their talent level can take them and with fewer High School coaches having time to devote to the process, the need for a dedicated and informed recruiting source is paramount.  Being able to get an objective measure of one's talent will help point the SA in the right direction as they begin the journey to find the right fit.

College-Eye Recruiting was formally established in 2010 after casually assisting a few neighborhood SA's with their college decision-making process.  With encouragement from the families that I helped, I decided to take my love and knowledge of college athletics and start a business that focuses on helping local athletes find the right college match.    In my 10 years as an umpire in the Tri-Valley area, I have heard of too many SA's ending their athletic careers prematurely due to a misguided notion that their athletic ability was a a good fit for a particular college program.  College-Eye Recruiting will help to minimize these types of stories through objective analysis of a SA's ability, gathering input from the SA & parents, extensive research, and a proactive approach to the recruiting process.
